Great pools has a nice slide good food across the street from mall

I book a one queen bed, but I got one queen and one full, which the room needed fixing as it had cracks on the wall on the bath room and the shower head needs replacing, I complaint, but they said all rooms are the same with the two bed set up.

Very nice place. There are a lot of mosquitoes, especially in the standard rooms, but you can ask to have your room sprayed. The deluxe room was better since there were no gaps in the window panes for mosquitoes to get in. The staff and the grounds are well worth it!

Excellent location, quality of the property, happy staff, good breakfast buffet.

I wish their dining area was enclosed. I got a lot of mosquito bites at the pool & during dinner. Thankfully, I only stayed one night for an early flight BXU-MNL. They have a very nice pool & their rooms are pretty big.

TV was broken, shower head was broken, shower stall flooded, no shampoo, no toothbrush, no minibar, no bottled water and to cap it off the in-room phone was broken. I tried calling their landline from my mobile but no-one answered. I filled in a customer survey but i’m Sure I won’t hear anything back. Avoid this hotel. Try Watergate or Oasis

My room was newly renovated and the paint still smells in the room also the paint still little wet. Other than this...love the place.

The staff were excellent, location great, nice pool, cool lagoon, a little construction going on but it's understandable.

We had a great time...the staff , food and accommodations were wonderful.
