The guy that checked us in was absolutely amazing and friendly!!

Awesome stay!!!! They were one of the only hotels in the city with power. Our previously booked hotel turned us away due to not having power. This was a welcome upgrade!!!! Check-in was surprisingly fast even though they were working on a new system with limited capabilities. They absolutely saved our entire trip from being a nightmare.

Our family checked in because of a hurricane power outage and we booked online but couldn’t prepay. We waited 1.5 hours once we got there because they couldn’t accept payment. The next day we tried to hook another room running into the same issues-could reserve online but not pay and couldn’t pay at the hotel so we were kicked out with five children one of whomever was an infant. The staff was not helpful nor could they answer any questions and we offered to pay cash, credit card, debit, cashiers check so that our family was safe. This was the worse hotel I’ve ever had and I’ve travelled with children out of the country to countries we did not speak the language and they were more helpful and friendlier. They then charged our card for overage - we will be going to corporate and the media if necessary.

My stay was pretty good but the bathroom was too small and tight and the refrigerator didn’t get cool

It was absolutely AMAZING !!! Seriously !! GREAT Room, Very Clean, l Lovely View... The Staff was AWESOME, Friendly, Helpful & I felt Completely Safe... It was My first time visit to New Orleans I apologize its taken this long to write the review

I never got to stay here, unfortunately. My cruise didn't happen, so i didn't travel here

It was a cute hotel nicely decorated.

Location was great. Decorated great. They charged an extra $3.50 per night for covid-19, but they didn't clean our room. We had to clean it ourselves. They also charged an additional $40 per night for damage deposit. Ridiculous!!!
