I did not like no microwave,blow dryer or iron. Other place I stay they had some breakfast or coffee maker in the room.

The room was okay the only problem besides the loud yelling at late hours at night on the room next to ours and the following night across a dog kept on barking so my wife is a light sleeper so she kept on complaining to me 😏. Besides that the exhaust fan on the restroom wasn’t working.

Customer service was very rude over the phone and refused to take accept my late check in, later I called and someone else must’ve answered because they were nicer. The rooms smelled like mildew and the towels looked and felt very old. First and last time I will stay at this hotel.

The beds are not that great but this is the best hotel (Ive tried 3) in the area that accept dogs. The hotel is clean as well.

My only issue was that the air-conditioner above our room dripped water into the drip panel of our unit causing loud "dripping" sounds all night keeping us awake. This was reported upon departure and probably corrected same day. Check in and check out was seamless. Room was minimalist in design but provided for every need. Clean and frankly an impressive room. This location will be our first choice next time.

AC unit made noise all night rooms, room smell like smoke

When I came in to room first thing I did was clean the table and chairs remote and restroom with Lysol and bleach just bearing extra carful due to COVID. I am glad I did because 1st night I got woken up by ants on my bed I checked and we had ants under the bed and head board I called front desk and they offered to move us but it was too late so I told them just to give me stuff to clean I found out there were food crumbs under the bed and mattress. So I had to clean up every night because ants kept coming in. Then I decided to stay an extra night so I went to the front desk and told them and the guy at the desk said it was ok, two hours later I get a call saying I had to come back because I had to pay to stay an extra night and I told the lady I had talked to someone and she kept saying no One told us or made any changes you have to come In I kept telling her you have my card just charge it and she kept insisting no you have to come back I told her I was busy I’ll be back In few hours she said she couldn’t do anything until I came In I then started complaining about the ants and talking to someone and she didn’t want to hear me so quickly she said oh it’s ok ma’am I was able to run your card everything is ok. Well it wasn’t when I get back that evening my card was not working again I had to go to the front desk and have them fix it. I do t think I will ever stay at this place again. Entering and exiting the hotel is a clusterfuck with that restaurant always packed
