地下にスーパーマーケットがあるショッピングモールに直結しており、非常に便利な立地でした。お部屋も非常に清潔で、ミネラルウォーターを5本ほど置いておいて頂けた点がありがたかったです。また、プールから眺める夜景は最高に綺麗でした！

My elderly parents and I took 2 connecting rooms for our last leg of family holiday. We had already stayed at the very good Okura Prestige but the Park Hyatt is clearly in an even higher league. The design and furnishing of the hotel is right up there; minimal, classy and refined- but what really blew us away was the warm sincere care with which the staff treated us; especially my parents. Huge compliments to Henry who checked us in; and Save who checked us out. Both gentlemen went the extra mile to make our stay the best possible and thanks to them and their colleagues, I would return to the hotel without hesitation the next time I am in BKK. Only small glitch would be some of the wait staff, even the Caucasian ones could improve their attentiveness and service attitude. My waffles took 20 minutes, 1 mistaken pancakes ( which most definitely are not waffles!) and 3 reminders with no clear apology before arriving. But this drop in standard was only felt at the breakfast dining area- the rest of the staff are really super.

The staffs are friendly and helpful, I like their services!
