Excellent hotel right by the shopping center and just off of 35. A tiny bit noisy because of the interstate but not terrible. Rooms are clean and the hotel is fairly new or renovated very well. Would stay again.

We have used this hotel at least once or twice a year since its opening. Sad to say it has gone down hill. The rooms carpet was gross. It had some white spots where someone slopped something (??) so I used a damp washrag to scrub them up. The rag was blackened. We never took our shoes off. The bathroom light didnt work so we movedbto anothef room, which smelled. A bit like urine? Who knows. In any case, we are disappoonted and will look elsewhere in the future

We checked in at 5:15pm, after booking the room over 2 weeks in advance. When we checked in, we were told that our room was not yet cleaned and we needed to wait 30 minutes for our room to be cleaned. We asked for a different room, as others were checking in to various types of rooms, but we were told that there were no other options. No employees were wearing masks, even though there were "masks are required" signed posted everywhere.

Relatively quiet. Spacious and clean rooms. Limited breakfast.

Favorite place to stay in West Des Moines.

Nice hotel. My wife went for a swim, small pool. The chlorine level was a bit high. The room was clean and comfortable. A/C was a bit loud but not enough to keep us awake.

Clean, quiet nice service at the front desk, we just stay one night but was good.

Girl at check in was not overly friendly. Shower door refused to stay closed. Nice location. Hotel clean and quiet.
