デザイン、清潔さ、広さ、すべてに満足でした。 歩いて市内中心まで行けるため、立地もよいです。

A number of guests were smoking and the smoke came into our room, most guests weren’t wearing masks and hotel staff were not wearing them over nose and mouth most times. Beds were super comfortable but bathroom wasn’t very clean and A/C is very loud.

The hotel was nice and clean, but the parking was $20/night for a garage next door that wasn't even accessible from the hotel.

Quick trip to visit the Louisville Slugger Factory and Museum. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to it. If it weren’t for the pandemic, it could be considered ideally located to many things, but most were closed or had very limited hours.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable haven't slept that good in a long time. Im on the hunt for the bed already found the pillows. The breakfast wasnt that great with selection amd they didnt have any creamer for coffee which i didnt like

Very clean, Great location and an overall nice presentation.

The hotel was boarded up so didn’t look too appealing upon arrival. However, it was great inside. There was paid parking garage which seemed odd since it was empty but we were able to find Metered street parking in front. The staff (Alicia!) was amazing and were doing everything to be Covid safe. Sadly the downtown was all closed so our desire to walk around the area was not filled but the room was great. Bed was one of the most comfortable on our trip.

Everything is clean, updated and decorated nicely. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Staff were polite and welcoming. Late arrival and early departures were easy. Despite safety precautions taken to assure safety of patrons, my room hadn’t been completely cleaned before we slept there. When packing up to leave in the morning I saw a Fruit Loop by the edge of the bed... we didn’t eat or bring Fruit Loops. Makes me wonder what else was overlooked during the cleaning.

The property was clean, updated and conveniently located. Plan to stay again on my next visit. Staff was wonderful.
