is a great place to spend time in Acapulco, the main problem is the Buffet is not working long lines ...they should hire more waiters and they should be doing the lines and bring you the food

All the staff was very friendly and the security of the hotel was great

The staff at this place is a bit rude and not helpful they lack on people skills and thy have poor communication skills. Trying to get a hold of front desk to notify them of early arrival was on the phone for over 3 hours being transferred from one person to another. Staff has no information on their own equipment or policies. Some of the staff not all seem bothered to be asked questions and they don’t even offer their services such as all inclusive or room upgrades. Ended up with a horrible view after stating we wanted ocean view, had to go back and forward to front desk, had to go and reopen voucher to use on restaurants every day wait in line and deal with all this it was very unprofessional and annoying having to do this on a daily.

They advertise you can go in between each property but then are asked to leave the dinner table when they find out you are from one of the other properties. Completely unacceptable.

This hotel really is going downhill. The check in staff do not read notes Expedia affords you the opportunity to send them. The love taking tips without providing or technically earning it.

Cleaning is good, there is no problem, they meets the recommended standards.

The hotel has an excellent service and have applied all the sanity measures to provide a healthy service

I loved the pyramid look-a-like building. The hotel was really nice looking and huge. The pools weren’t as clean as I would’ve liked but with people moving to
