ウェルカム グロス

一人旅で2泊利用しました。シングルルームで15㎡と書いてありましたが、すごく狭かったです。スーツケースを開くスペースも無く、ベッドの上で開いて寝るときに閉じてと大変でした。15㎡も絶対に無いと思います。 周りの部屋の音もすごく気になりました。 他の方がランドリーがあると書いていましたが、無かったので洗濯出来ず、悲しかったです。。 男性スタッフは愛想がありません。 駅から徒歩圏内で、移動には便利でした。 オススメのバルとオススメピンチョスを書いたマップをくれましたが、こちらはとても参考になり、良かったです。

フロントスタッフ全員が、とても親切でした。 お部屋も清潔で過ごしやすかった。 観光地として有名なエリアにも歩いて行ける距離でありながら、庶民的な地域でもあり、とても過ごしやすかった、

The cleaning was not thorough especially in the bath room. The hotel is located near by the railway, and the noise of the trains were very noisy, and that of the room above and next door as well.. As far as the location, it was very handy to reach the both old and new city center.

今回の旅行は、ここサンセバスチャンが主体なのでホテル選びには慎重を期しました。8泊しました。このホテルはハード、ソフト共に抜群でした。家族経営だと思いますが、皆さん適切な対応をしてくれました。バスターミナル、または駅から7、8分の徒歩で着きます。石畳みではありますが、スーツケースでの移動には差し支えありません。部屋はシングルベッドが2台で、バスタブは無くシャワーでしたが、簡易キッチンセットがあり、更に洗濯機があります。金庫も付いてました。テレビも問題なく映ります。エアコンも問題なく操作出来ました。洗濯機は終わるまで2時間掛かります。水の量、水温等の設定がやや手惑いますが、とても便利でした。普段、旅行では洗えないズボン、ジャケットも洗えます。1フロアに3室しかないので静かです。バルは旧市街が有名ですが、ここグロス地区にも美味しいバルがあり、徒歩5分程度です。ワイングラスを誤って割ってしまいましたが、いいよ問題ありませんと言ってくれてホッとしました。次回もまた利用したいと思います。

The apartments are in an ideal location, close to the Gros area to have some pintxos and drinks. Our room was very small, but enough to just sleep and shower. The hotel has an agreement with the Kurxaal parking so that the daily rate is 20€ instead of 25€, ask in reception and they will explain everything. Overall good.

The staff at welcome gros has always welcome me with a big smile, the place is very well situated, there are lots of good restaurants all around, close to the beach and the price is undefeatable.

The staff were all extremely knowledgeable and helpful at every stage of my stay. The location is perfect. You can walk to most points of interest and restaurants in the city.

Room and bathroom were clean and basically it had all we needed. The staff were nice and helpful all the time. Free coffee and time was a great gesture.

Donostia it's a wonderful charming city with lots of places to go, to see, to feel, to eat and to drink. Having said that, we spent most of our time outside and only got the hotel to rest and freshen up. For us the most important thing while choosing a hotel for this stay was location and convenience. Welcome Gros is exceptionally located, just a 5 minute walk to either the heart of San Sebastian or the heart of the Gros neighborhood. Also very close to the bus and train station. The room itself was Ok, nothing great but no complaints. Now...lobby it's not open 24hrs so I guess we auto checked out; there's nowhere to have breakfast in grounds (not really a problem, since there are excellent places to grab a bite nearby) and the hotel feels a little impersonal but for us none of those were a deal breaker. In conclusion it's a very good option for what you pay.
