ハイアット ハウス オースティン ダウンタウン

少し歩くとホームレスが多いと言うこと以外は快適なホテル。 部屋は綺麗で音も静か、スタッフも親切で大変満足しております。 近くにホームレス収容施設があるため、歩くとホームレスが多く、ちょっと怖い感じがします。 しかしフロントにお願いすれば、ダウンタウン内でしたら送迎サービスもあるので、それを活用すると安心でした。

ホテル自体は悪くないです。でも、特徴もなく、いたって普通。フロントはいつも一人しか居ないので、チェックイン、チェックアウトで運が悪いとかなり待たされます。 ダウンタウン中心地からは少し離れたところにあります。オースティン会議センターの方面に向かう途中にあるThe Salvation Army Center周辺には、ホームレスが沢山いるので、少し危険な感じがしました。なるべく迂回した方がよろしいかと思います。

It was honestly the best hotel I’ve stayed at in this price range. Had stove, cook wear, utensils etc. in case you want to stay in during these times. Staff was incredibly nice and the whole place was spotless. I guess I can’t complain much because it was free but breakfast wasn’t anything special (granola bars, yogurt, and juice). The parking garage was a bit tricky because of how small it is. But other than that I will be staying at this hotel again.

Place is nice, we were on 7th floor and grab and go breakfast is included. Very comfortable

Hotel was in a great area, however was told to run my card for incidentals only. Later I found out that I was being charged an extra 20$ because of the parking fee. It’s not the principle that I had to pay for parking, it’s the people not letting us know that we have to pay anything extra. Restroom doors were off hooks and didn’t close correctly. Other then that was a great stay, but for the price I paid, probably not so much.

My boyfriend and I were not impressed with this hotel. We got there and the man went through information too quickly, I wasn't able to ask questions. When we got up to our room, my boyfriend and I found a small scale under the bed as well as a small nitrous oxide container. We told staff and they just said they would throw it away. No apologies were given for a messy room and no accomodation was offered. Guests should be warned that there is a $50 per night security deposit (not shown on the website nor communicated until it has been charged) and parking on site is $20 per night plus tax. These extra charges would have been nice to know, but we didn't until we had pretty much no other choice but to pay them. When we asked where these charges were shown on the website, the man stated "oh all hotels have a security deposit." Which, in my case, has never been true. It was just a very off experience and we didn't feel like it met expectations. If there were items found under the bed, how clean could the room have been? And the attitude of most the staff was unimpressive, they acted like they didn't really care about our issues. Overall, would not recommend staying here.

TV had no connection. Room was not entirely clean. Attention to detail is important.

Great price and location with nice views of the Capitol and Frost Tower. Hotel is new and kinks still being worked out. Had to call maintenance to fix our toilet as well as the television. Some cabinet doors in kitchen we’re broken or not completed. Otherwise finished nicely and very comfortable room. Bed was too soft for me but my partner slept like a baby. Staff was very nice and accommodating but they needed more help. I felt bad for them. Would go back.

The property was updated and very clean. The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially Dale and Garrett. I would stay again and recommend this property to others!

It was pretty good, but I never got my 50$ deposit even though my room had no damage.
