Don't stay here!!! Its not worth it!
Horrible experience all around. I booked 6 nights. Upon arrival I had some concerns about the safety on the property - mostly from other guests. This was further confirmed when i checked in and the clerk was behind thick safety glass. The worker seemed surprised that i eas staying there and actually asked me "why are you staying here?" - as if to imply that i dont belong at the hotel.
A few other negative experiences happened shortly after involving other guests and i just got really bad vibes. So immediately after checking in i got in my car and left to find another hotel. I called hotels.com and requested a refund.
They assured me i would only be charged for 1 night, not all 6 and they would try to get a refund for even that 1 night. That seemed reasonable.
Now a week later they tell me the hotel doesnt answer their calls and wont call them back. Since they cant get in touch with anyone they have closed my request and i will be charged all 6 nights, even though i stayed there 0 nights.
This is hands down the worst experience ive had at a hotel. Stay if you want, i easily found a much better place to stay for about 10 bucks more a night.
