Great location. Breakfast had nice choices. Could walk to many attractions. Staff friendly

When room was cleaned bathroom was ignored, other than that it's the same as always. Quiet as long as the room beside doesn't watch tv or play music too loud

Short walk to Khao San Road without having to deal with the noise all night long. We also walked over the Grand Palace from here which was nice. There was a mixup with our reservation when we arrived so they had to put us in their sister resort on the river for the first night (not sure if this was the hotel's fault or the fault of hotels.com). This was highly inconvenient since we had to wake up the next day and check out instead of being able to just stay unpacked. Once we got back to the New Siam Palace Ville they let us check in right away (early) and let us check out late the next day as an attempt to make up for it so that was nice. Breakfast buffet at the restaurant was good and staff was very nice.

A little run down and across from an abandoned building, a dark alley way separates this place from Khao San Road. The staff are attentive and friendly. Location was just OK. Koi are a nice touch but the outside deck had holes in it and a dirty towel separated the deck from the hotel.

Great location. No issues. Standard hotel for a decent price. Breakfast was good.

The staff was friendly and the location of the hotel is great! The hotel energy was off for couple hours and was a bit hard to sleep in the hot weather without AC. The rest was good.

Good breakfast, friendly attentive staff, good location for walking to sights of interest. Bathrooms in lobby didn’t have toilet paper. Bedroom didn’t have enough either

Very quiet street with parking, perfect location for staying in the Khao Sarn Road area. Everything was good. Breakfast excellent. Short hop from the river and restaurants on the river.

Wonderful staff, great location, clean and comfortable...why more do you want! This is a perfect place for an incredible price. It checks all the boxes and the personal attention and assistance is second to none. Would recommend without hesitation

2nd stay here. Would stay here again. Just be careful when you close door as it tends to slam. Close to Khao San, the river, and the temples, but tucked away from the crowds and noise. Yummy banana muffins!
