ニュー シャム リバーサイド (バンコク)

We had a suite on the 6th floor with balcony and very nice view of Chaopraya River, and 2 bridges. Lots of space, 2 TVs, sofa bed. Easy walking distance to Khao San road night market (about 6 mins), the Grand Palace (about 18-20 mins). Staff at the front desk were nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with nice view of the Chaopraya River. You can take an Express boat to ICONSIAM and Asiatique shopping Centers from the pier next to the hotel. We'll go back to Thailand in February 2020, and absolutley we'll stay here again.

Clean rooms, nice pool area, good location, close to water taxi transit. Staff are nice, buffet breakfast was good! Would recommend

Enjoyed every minute of my stay - nice staff, clean room even though the hotel is a little dated I had no problems with the cleanliness. The location is great if you want to stay in old town along the river. But the best think about this entire stay was the breakfast. On a scale from 1-10, I would have to give it a 10+.

After 2 delayed flights and a no-show taxi I finally got to the hotel to find that they didn't have a record of my booking. I had booked for 2 nights. The staff were very unfriendly and had no explanation as to why they didn't have my booking recorded, even though I had paid for it already. I then booked an additional night 1 week later (it was easier than finding another hotel) and they would not accommodate for a late check out so before getting on 3 long flights home I had to shower in the grimy outside pool shower which has no place to change. I would not recommend hotels.com or New Siam Riverside in Bangkok to anyone.

location was excellent. we stayed in a triple room. breakfast okay and most lovely the swimmimg pool. nevertheless it was the most expensive hotel on our trip
