I expected more for the price and from the pictures. When we first arrived our room looked like it was not clean. The sheets looked like someone just got out of the bed and all they did was remade the bed. Hair was all over the bed, towels etc. When we complained we were switch to another room. In the new room it looked cleaner but there was still hair all over everything. When we looked under the bed there was chips all over the floor. During COVID I would expect better cleaning. We asked for new sheets, made up our own bed and disinfected the whole room. This was my first hotel experience where I had to keep complaining about cleanliness. Oh parking is first come first served at 30 a night.

The gentleman that checked us in was finicky, not that great at communicating. The morning staff was better. Hotel room was not the one I reserved but still nice... it was clean, only thing missing was a microwave. Lots of palces to go in the area for food and snacks.

There was a fight between a couple young people in the hallway the night I stayed it was very loud and not okay . Room was very pretty and comfortable, loved it however the temperature didn’t seem to change when I attempted to change it .

The hotel was clean the employees were friendly. Although the room was small it was worth the price. The only downfall is the parking spaces are limited and parking onsite is 30$ a night. We opted out of paying the $30 and ended up parking a few blocks away. Moral of the story pay for the parking

I came to Brooklyn to bring my daughter and her baby home while my son-in-law had a rotation of nights at NYU hospital (he's a resident). I stayed at the Wyndham Garden Brooklyn because it was close to their apartment. My room was freezing cold. The thermostat would allow me to turn up the heat, which would kick on and warm the room a few degrees before it reset back to 61 degrees. I left a note for housekeeping (along with a tip) asking for an extra blanket because the bed only had a light-weight comforter. When I arrived back at my room for the second night, the note, the tip, and everything else was exactly as I left it. Housekeeping hadn't been to the room. I probably could have called the front desk, but it was late and I just wanted to sleep before our long flight in the morning. I covered the bed with my coat and other warm clothes and tried to stay warm enough to sleep in a freezing room again. Certainly not the most comfortable nights I've ever spent. The room was clean and in good condition, but so small and soooo cold.

They charged me extra for no good reason

I had a wonderful experience. The rooms we’re super clean and the decor was modern and lovely. Special thanks to Edwin who was working the front desk. Edwin was friendly, quick to assist and knowledgeable... I will be back for sure! Outstanding!

the stay was good no issues alot of great places to eat in the area

We were attending a funeral and the hotel was close to the funeral home. I didn't realize that parking and pets were additional fees (small print was very small). The hotel was very nice for the area and looks new. I enjoyed my stay for what I spent there.

Very amazed by the service and built of the room. The only take away would be the thermostat, never quite adjusted to the perfect temperature. It was either too hot or too cold.. but we definitely enjoyed our stay.
