This is located in a beautiful quite road,very short walk to Harrods, shops and restaurants. we stayed in an one bed apartment, very clean and spacious. always a member of staff to greet us. will now always use this place when visiting London

Leisure trip
Nice decent hotel.
Cleac just few minutes to harrods, nice area.
But no house keeping during my stay 3 days.
They only clean every other day not as stated everyday during weekdays.
In general clean decent, highly recommended

Filthy furniture
Very filthy. stain on the carpet & sofa.
Trash bags stored ouside near dining table window.
Furniture over crowded for small living room area.
Expensive some how but good location and
Staff friendly.

London trip
The location property is great, close to restaurants and shipping. also, it's a quiet and safe area.
The front desk was very helpful and welcoming.
But the furniture is very outdated, mattress and pillows were not comfortable at all. The furniture in the living room was very old not comfortable to set on for more than 10 minutes and it doesn't seem clean.
