Great all inclusive very clean , friendly staff especially Pascual, Ivan , Alexander, and Clyn . Nightclub was closed but had other activities . My favorite was the French restaurant a true delight and the spa was what sooo what the doctor ordered ! Relaxing

The staff are super friendly. In the day not much to do but pool and eat wish there was more to do . The DJ is great , buffet is pretty good , but the hibachi was not good at all . I heard the French restaurant and Italian are the best !! The rooms are amazing night life is popping . If you want to party stay here . No social distancing going on here though . The spa is a must do it is worth every penny !!! All inclusive bar is top chef liquor which is amazing !! All in all I would stay here again and highly recommend!!! Missing this place already !!

Good resort, friendly staff, good food during the day but I was a little disappointed with the dinner options. Entertainment is good during the day, very cheesy at night. Pool is nice but they play way too much techno music which gets annoying.

Half the stuff was closed and 1 o’clock everything shuts down no drinks food nothing

We went with our family and stayed for 5 nights. Definitely one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel. Very clean. We had a swim out, highly recommend. The rooms were cleaned twice daily. The restaurants were open and were very good. I would recommend room service for breakfast, the food is a lot better. Although the Xhale club had a decent breakfast. Drinks were good, the premium tequila was don julio. I will definitely be coming back again.

Not like what this place uses to be like! The services is good but the food was horrible! Also the music at night was the same songs everyday! Also if your an guy you have to wear pants to dinner when it is like 100 degrees outside either doe there is no one on the resort. To make matter worst there no in-room dining after 11pm.

Fantastic service from everyone. Dealt with COVID sanitation very well. I only rate cleanliness a 4 because the pool algae was gross. Good was fantastic at all the restaurants.

You guys promoted “everything” was open, well it’s not. Half the resort is shut down. There was only certain restaurants open on certain days. There was no night clubs open at all. The party pool was shut down so there really wasn’t much to do. Was very disappointed with our stay
