Facilities nice. Close proximity to skiing. Some negatives covid related like sauna, hot tub closed and no maid service. Pool open but water not hot enough. Also complimentary breakfast weak with processed muffins, cereal, yogurt, green bananas and flavorless apples. Biggest problem is keys constantly deactivate. Went to the desk 8 times in three days to replace key. Most times someone else there with the same problem. No one seemed concerned to resolve the core problem. They just gave out more keys......

Hotel was beautiful and well maintained. Pool and hot tub was open which was a plus.

My room was suppposed yo have a microwave but it did not. The sauna was off limits and the fridge did not work.

The room,view,breakfast, and Check in was great! But, the fire alarm that went off at 4 am without any explanation of what we were to do caused us to be awake at 4 and unable to get back to sleep

The Inn has a nice Pool, outdoor hot tub and very clean rooms

My whole experience with the hotel was excellent. Check-in was easy, and they had appropriate COVID precautions in place. The room was very large, very clean, and super comfy. The bed and pillows were also really comfortable. The room unexpectedly had a private balcony, which was lovely. The only negative point about the hotel experience was that the sliding door to the balcony didn't shut all the way so it wouldn't lock. The staff was also kind enough to grant us a late check-out on our request. I would absolutely stay here again if in the area.

The room was very cozy. The staff at the front desk were super welcoming and helpful. Definitely want to stay again!

The location of this hotel can't be beat for skiing, golfing, or biking in and around Holiday Valley. Exterior entrances and rear decks on many of the rooms allow skiing or biking directly to your room. While a nice property in a great setting, amenities are sparse. Without even a microwave in most rooms you'll be looking at a decent walk or short drive for all meals, especially outside of ski season.

The hotel was clean, the pool area was relaxing and nice, the staff was friendly, and overall, we love the trip!
