If I compare it to the rest of the Iceland, the apartment was good value for money.

The room was good with a sofa and the ability to have breakfast with items we had brought. It was a very small kitchenette and even with only two people we were juggling to just make tea and toast. The bed was good, pillows were extremely soft and bedding was okay. The washroom was good, clean but again very small. The only issues with this unit was the very noise street we were facing and the intolerable food smells at night.

We stayed one night. Appreciate the washer/drier and laundry detergent. Coffee maker and pods, room darkening curtain (traveled in June so day light all day), quiet room, beds ready on arrival, easy check in and out, communication excellent. Would recommend to family and friends.

Loved my tiny apartment! It was perfect for one - 2 would’ve been a bit of a challenge. It was quiet. Street noise was unavoidable. Clean. Easy to access. No luggage storage as listed online?? Would recommend!

We loved everything about this location. Very clean apartment, even though it feels more like a small dorm room. We enjoyed all the shops, bars and restaurants one street up. Will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Excellent place to stay in Reykjavik! The owner was very accommodating and helped store my extra luggage for several days while I was hiking. 5 stars!

Great location a short walk from bus stop 6 making it ideal for transfers and day trip pick-ups / drop-offs. Kitchenette was really useful for making sandwiches for day trips.

Fantastic location, everything we wanted no more than 15 minutes walk away. Bit cosy but good what we needed it for, easily did breakfast and a few evening meals in the kitchen area. Bin etc emptied daily.

Good location and close to all the interesting activities. Parking is easy. Email communication is prompt. Internet is easy to use. One of the stove control buttons is not responding smoothly.

Great stay. Was tight with 3 and a weeks worth of luggage. No closets. Great location. No elevator. :-)

I really enjoyed my stay at this studio apartment. As my flight got in early, the manager made sure I had the code to leave my things safely store before having access to the apartment. The unit is close to the city's "main street" and even further activities like the National Museum or the Settlement Museum are in a walkable distance. Perfect!

Ver clean and modern apartments. Beds are super comfortable. Kitchen was adequate. Great downtown location. Walkable to most attractions. Would definitely stay again. Had to walk up steep steps with luggage. A bit noisy at night, due to being on a main street. A little hard to locate- signage could be better.

Nice and functional appartement in excellent area but …directly on busy street and above a bus stop ! Not recommended for light sleepers

**There is NO parking on site** You drive around and try to find parking in the city and pay for it each time. We assumed that “parking on site” meant that there is a place to park “on site”. Unfortunately not, and it was hassle each night when we got to the hotel, we had to walk at least a few blocks each way.

Terrible experience Electronic code on door malfunctioned multiple time leaving us looked out at one point for hours We are travelling with 2 children Would not recommend

False advertisement. We booked this apartment because it mentioned they have onsite parking. There was no onsite parking. It was quite difficult to find street parking.

Ci tornerei
