The room was very unclean especially bathroom. The heating was poor so rooms were super cold (In April), would be freezing in Winter months. The bathroom was disgusting and the shower head didnt even have an attachment for the wall, so had to hold it. For nearly $300 a night, it was a complete joke and I'd never recommend it or stay there again.

A disappointing stay
An overpriced experience. The motel room lacks amenities. The hot water wasn’t. One night was more than enough. There was no table in the room. The positives were the TV and the fact that the room was warm. For the price I’m sure there were better options in Cooma. The advertisement was misleading. The grounds are poorly maintained.
