シャワーのお湯が全く出ない

建屋は古いが、コストパフォーマンスは高いと思います。近隣に各種お店もあり便利でした。朝食もそれなりに良かったです。

排水設備が弱く、シャワーの湯が溢れてしまった以外は十分でした。

Passable hotel. It's ok for 1 night stay.

Breakfast was really disappointing. Staff kept confusing other guests for us and so tours got confused

No cold air and no hot water. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

The staff was very friendly. However, the one big problem with our room was to many mosquitoes inside. We was on the top floor yet our room had lots of mosquitoes.

We were really disappointed with the property condition and customer services. The property was really outdated and old. The bathroom was run down and the sewer was terrible cause the smell came through the bathroom. There was one Japanese manager that came and set at the front desk for a few days that we were there and did not even smile or say hi to us! The other workers were a little bit more friendly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good thing about it was the location near the Mekong river and night market.

The property was great for the price.Very near the markets and tourist attractions.many great restaurants and bars in walking distance.only about a 10 min cab ride to the airport.The staff could not have been more helpful.Always there to answer any questions and accommodate any request. The 2 things if I had to complain about would be a very small amount of mildew in the shower and the free breakfast was just ok.With all the great restaurants in the area it was hard not to dine out instead.
