Have stayed here many times but won’t be returning The upkeep of the property has declined Pool area very dirty Tiles filthy

In a great location. Fine for one, maybe two nights. Very noisy so definitely wouldn’t stay longer. Very very tired looking room, wonky light switches ect. Would not like to be in the room we were in during summer as the air conditioning was at the opposite end of the unit than the bedroom which has a ceiling fan. Would stay again for a night if meetings nearby. Would not stay here for a holiday in Summer. Bed not comfortable in comparison to other places we frequent.

the area was very convenient, walking distance to the Surfers Paradise. but no soundproof in the apartment which I couldn't sleep at night time because of the noise from the road and neighbours.

Was 10 out of 10 Amazing rooms especially for the price So welcoming and comfy The manager darian is so lovely and has always taken the time since I have been staying there over the last couple years to make sure everything is as it should be And has always made me feel so welcomed and built a welcoming connection with me Even to the extremely of putting a lovely card in the room on one of my birthday's And all the other receptionists have also been lovely and very helpful over the years

The staff were friendly, the location is handy, but that's about it. The room was dated, dirty, and extremely noisy. Lightbulbs hadn't been changed, tv remotes didn't work, wifi didn't work, the tv reception glitched.. such a shame.

Staff was excellent on arrival went to the room and went in the kitchen table had stains so I clean know big deal. So I went in the bathroom to run the spa and looked up there was smiling face and xxx wrote in the dust that turn me off having a spa . So we decided to go out for dinner had a shower got dress went to use hair dryer and that didn’t work. So went out with wet hair was not impressed. Come back to hotel about 9.30 pm to go to bed and the noise was that bad no can’t sleep. So my two children. Got a Uber home one to start work 5 am Sunday morning. This was Wedding Anniversary that I will never forget for the wrong reasons.
