Great relaxed stay conveniently situated , warm and friendly staff

Scenic location, outdoor balcony, guest pavilion for relaxing by the fire, friendly hosts. The only negative was the thin walls so noisy children and television in the next room easily heard.

The place was amazing. So quiet and beautiful. The hosts were lovely and the breakfast was delish. Would recommend to anyone!

Sadly Madeleine broke her leg the morning we were arriving so she organised her daughter to come and look after our check-in. She was lovely and friendly and even offered to dropp us off at Petersons Champagne House for our hot air balloon flight at 5.30am. The room was clean and tidy. The only thing I can complain about was the shower, it has no shower door so the water goes everywhere and makes the floor very wet. The place itself was very peaceful and in a handy location.

Room was spacious. Enjoyed the breakfasts. Property large. Maybe a microwave or some other cooking facility would have been good. BBQ available but not he time of year to be cooking outside - mid winter!

Elfin Hill was set in a beautiful location, it was quiet, but close to everything we wanted to do.

A unique layout of private rooms and common spaces overloooking the beautiful Hunter Valley. We had a truly wonderful time eating breakfast and sipping wine with newfound friends in the guest pavillion. Owners Marie and Mark have created a special place and they are friendly and generous hosts. Our stay at Elfin Hill was one of the most enjoyable experiences we have ever had in our travels. We highly, highly recommend it!
