駅やレストランが近く、便利だった。

駅・スーパーも近く、表通りのホテルの裏にあるため閑静な環境です。 窓から見える風景は今一つでしたが、生活できるだけの食器・調理器具・タオル・アメニティーが揃えてあり安心です。また、ゴミ出しもホテルスタッフが代行してくれ助かります。スタッフに相談すれば駅までの送迎が無料で行ってくれます。スタッフは朗らかで色々と相談しやすいです。帰りにがけに頂いたフレーバーティーはおいしかったです。また、利用したいと思います。

Stayed totally 12 days in the past and has no complaint. Will stay again nextime in Grindelwald.

Absolutely perfect stay. The warmest welcome from the reception and super friendly service the whole time. Loved the spa facilities. Perfect to end a day in the snow. Location was excellent.

great location to train station. Can see snow mountains in the room. Easy to commute to Jungfrau. Oven is available in the kitchen. Very convenient for cooking. Coop is near by.

Great location in Grindelwald, and just 5 minutes walk from the train station. We stayed in an apartment that provided daily cleaning, and an amazing view of the eiger! The 2 supermarkets were conveniently located minutes away from the hotel. Great gym too!

The location is good and the apartments are suitable for families.the bedding is very comfortable. The downside that they don’t offer breakfast

Great location, on site parking, fantastic views. Only issue is rooms need updating. The hotel has a lot to offer with spa, restaurant, bar, cigar lounge etc.

DO NOT TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEWS! The hotel has two different parts, one part is very expensive and nice but the other part (I.e. the one you are looking at now) is very dated and dirty. The review for Both parts seems to be mixed and that's why there are so many positive reviews. Bedbugs and dirt are given. We felt so itchy the whole night and when we woke up at the morning, wow! guess what! two giant spiders were having a party inside our room. One of the spiders was actually quite aggressive as it tried to attack me. Trust me your grindelward trip will be completely ruined by this. It is not worth ruining the precious trip by going to this hotel. The risk was too high! if you actually checked other reviews you will actually realise that many have been misled by the positive reviews of the better area. So DO NOY STAY IN THIS HOTEL! I have stayed in Switzerland for almost two weeks and this is the worst hotel I stayed throughout the entire trip. 1/10. the only good thing is the spa.
