The hotel is a little run down, but the location is convenient and it has charm.
We awoke in the middle of the night to bats in our room. Having worked in medicine for years, this is a serious health concern secondary to rabies. Things happen, I get it.
We attempted to call the front desk. Nobody answers any of the phone numbers. An hour of walking around and banging on doors led us to a security guard, who also couldn’t reach anyone. Hours later we finally were able to get a bat free room….
Now this am, we are told nobody can make our stay right or compensate us for being up all night because the manager cannot be called on a Sunday.
Awful customer service.
