Superb as always. This was our third stay. The hotel manages the Covid implications superbly well, including breakfast service. This is an extremely impressive hotel in all aspects.

In addition to the beautiful natural setting, this is simply a fantastic hotel...most relaxing place we’ve stayed! This staff is incredible - they really make guests feel welcome and comfortable. You want a room with a view? Try ANY room in this hotel - you’re surrounded by the Alps...there are no bad views! Wonderful hotel - we’ll be back.

Great hotel in a very wonderful & beautiful location with awesome hospitality. Probably the staff are really the benchmark for any example of hotel hospitality. If you request them for sky, they add stars along with it. Once you stay here, definitely you will be very much relaxed. Very much recommended. I am planning to revisit this place again.

First time for us to visit Berchtesgaden and we have high expectations to stay in this Kempinski Hotel. During our checkin, we are expecting the front desk to introduce us the hotel’s facilities and nice restaurants nearby. She didn’t make an effort and only answer what we asked even we told her this is our first time to visit this hotel. Very disappointed with the front desk service. Otherwise our stay was pretty comfortable.

Exceeding our expectations! A wonderful luxe property in beautiful surroundings and in great proximity to local attractions, eg eagles nest, Königssee, salt mines. Pampered ourselves at the warm scenic pool, spa, and restaurants. Rooms were amazing for family, 2 kids under 4 years old, spacious and comfy. Great kids club as well and great hotel layout for the kids to explore.
