The customer service was fantastic! Overall, while the bed was a bit uncomfortable, the hotel was great and the service was absolutely superlative. When I explained that my room was a bit loud, the staff immediately upgraded me to a more accommodating and quieter room. The staff was genuinely friendly and eager to make my stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and the prices were exceptionally reasonable.

Friendly staff and large room. Do find a local parking area before checking in. They will give you instructions on how to find the hotel lot when checking in.

Single en-suite room was spacious with wardrobe, desk and two chairs. The en suite bathroom was also spacious with a bath and hand held shower attachment. Breakfasts were excellent with a wide variety of cereals, fruits, seeds, etc.etc.... All in all a great place to stay.

We had an amazing trip. The Service was excellent!

Perfect to visit the main shopping area and the action of center of Cortina.

Die Lage in der Fußgängerzone von Cortina d’Ampezzo ist perfekt, direkt inmitten vieler Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
