The service was pretty good, the manager was friendly, and very accommodating (get to that in a minute). The room itself was clean, comfortable, and pretty big, overall quite nice, for a motel. What ruined the experience was that 2 doors down a large man was screaming, yelling, smashing things, and just being disruptive. He was clearly tripping on some serious drugs (on his own) and the cops ended up being called. The situation got very uncomfortable and scary for my sibling and I and we decided to leave the motel and find another, before the cops were able to resolve the issue. Luckily as we were turning in the key the manager gave us a refund because he was so disgusted by the display in his motel. He was truly sorry and for that I was grateful. If that didnt happen, we would have enjoyed the stay.
