Ugly and very dirty rooms, we requested a room change and were told to reach out to a manager ourselves who declined at 1st and offered a room change for next day when we were unable to take a shower because the bathtub drain was locked, after complaining for have of the day, another room was provided, better condition but still incredibly dirty. Be ready to spend time in the front desk complaining and another day for cleaning your room before your family can start enjoying or seek for better options ahead, there are plenty around. See the picture and make you own decisions. I hope this help the property to do better, because the location is perfect but the dirty is disgusting.
