Very clean, Shawna at the front desk was awesome.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I would have is that there is no free juice and coffee in the lobby. There is a restaurant on site open 7 am to 8 pm. I am not a fan of coffee which you can make in your room and coffee in restaurant pricey. For my personal choice I would book a hotel that provides free coffee and breakfast. Thought hotel was pricey given what I mentioned above.

Pros: -Room was spacious, clean, jacuzzi was nice, bed was charming -Staff were friendly - No problems in parking Con: -Lots of highway noise coming in

The room, suite king bed jetted tub, was really nice and spacious. Most comfortable bed on our trip (of 3 hotels)

Conveniently located near the highway, and received a quiet night's sleep. Also, a variety of eating establishments are easy walking distance from the hotel.

Great hotel. The room was very clean and the bathroom had it's own little TV which was cool! The beds were comfy and clean and the room was well kept and had a good view! Would highly recommend!

Bed bugs. So bad you could see them a mile away. Beds crawling with them. Rm 428 Reception seemed unphased like this was a regular occurance. "Oh you know how it goes". We left immediately. Enjoyed a CLEAN and comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn Express.

We found bugs in both queen beds. Told front desk and she offered another room but we declined. Her response when I offered to show her and she said “that’s ok you know how it goes” wow. I said no I don’t. So we moved on to a more national brand hotel.

Nothing to say exactly how a one night stay should be.
