Nice staff, food,transportation and many facility ready to serve.

The customer service was marvelous and the room was tidy

Staff super friendly as usual. However, the hote has not been renovated at all in ages, even thou the area is booming in visitors from everywhere around the world.

We couldn’t stay there because the gave my room to someone else.

Nice hotel friendly staff, options for breakfast would be nice.

Fine hotel, very reasonable price. Speak Spanish or have a translator (google translator will suffice), the management and most of the help only speak spanish. Need a land-line? Turn left out the door, go half a block for a good price. Church? Turn right, go a block for 7, 8, 9 o'clock daily Mass. Located in an older and more beautiful part of town. Not near the airport, but the hotel may provide an airport pickup. Plenty of available restaurants and transportation. See (and climb?) the 'Rock'. Shop in the huge open market in the city (Huelco - the 'hole'). Taxi's are inexpensive, the elevator train to the center of Medellin is within walking distance. Spring all-year-round. No elevator if you need one. Air conditioned with cable TV. Cuidado! - when crossing the avenues, pedestrians do not have the right-of-way!

I DO NOT recommend this Hotel to anyone. The best and ONLY good thing about it was the PERSONNEL super nice and friendly and the location. The owner needs to change really everything, premises are very old and every day there was a problem inside my room The rest was bad !

Es nuestro segunda ocasión en Laureles 70, el personal es muy atento y servicial, me siento como en casa con la flia. Eramos un grupo de 9 y cualquier inquietud o ayuda la resolvieron a la brevedad. Muchas gracias a Catalina, Paola, Freddy, Leo, Johana y todo el equipo.

Confortable, limpio, personal muy atento........excepto ruido externo de la calle muy alto hasta horas de la madrugada
