wonderful - convenient and clean hotel - very central location!

Exceptional customer service, especially Georgia and Stephanie (check-in/ front desk staff) they went above and beyond with recommendations and helpful tips. The rooms were spacious and beds extremely comfortable. Would go again!

Great location, under 10 min walk to old port in town. Beautiful view of the Sea. Breakfast was pretty good, slightly less than average compared to the two other places i’ve stayed. shower was very small and confined, and the floor was unlevel causing water to make its way into the hallway and next to the bed. Staff was great. I would stay again.

Wonderful tranquil hotel. Most unique and interesting we have ever stayed at. Would recommend. Best buffet breakfast ever!

The room was lovely with a great space and lots of storage. The only fault we had with the room was the shower. It was a hand held unit which was so awkward to use and shower with. The bathroom floor needless to say was flooded each shower. It just needed to be wall mounted. The breakfast was excellent with such an amazing array of choice and all extremely well presented. We did not the pool or the bar as the town is in walking distance and the island one to discover.

Pros: -Good facilities -Good breakfast -Staff answered our questions -I liked our room and the balconies Cons: -I didn't like the location as much as I thought. I would have preferred to be further from town and have more space -I didn't find it very relaxing - the pool is very heavily trafficked and can be loud from the rooms around it

WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN EVER. Shower was broken could not shower standing up. Management took 3 days to fix. Would not adjust bill to compensate. No water one morning in entire hotel. Staff at desk was good but management didn’t seem to care. Again could not take proper shower until last day. They knew what problem was but didn’t repair until last afternoon of 3 night stay. Tried to talk with manager on phone but he refused to talk with me. Plenty of other nice looking hotels for you to choose from. I rarely write reviews but disgusted with non caring attitude.
