Little disappointed that for breakfast the shrimp and gets was over one of the main reason I book with the hotel, and my room was available for the Xbox system and the kids were excited but trying to get them connected on the tv was hard to do so they never got a chance to play it. Overall the staffs were phenomenal and I enjoyed walking out being straight on the beach

So first, I booked my husband and I a beach view room. There were rooms listed as a partial or obstructed beach view, however, I chose the one that did not mention that, thinking we would have a nice view of the beach, like the pictures in the listing showed. Upon arrival to our room, we discovered that our view was actually a view of the construction work next door, the highway, and a small sliver of beach. We informed the front desk, and I tried to show them my booking and what was advertised, however they insisted that I just didn't read the booking information properly, placing the blame on me, rather than even trying to be understanding of the misleading room advertisement. They said that if we wanted an actual beach view, we would've needed to book a beach front room (which were advertised as ground level beach view rooms). All they offered was to take the fee for parking off, which we were never even informed of upon check-in; which is concerning, as I'm sure not all guests drive/park here. On top of that, the lock on the door was insanely hard to lock. The body wash smelled awful. The tv would go in and out. The hot tub had so much chlorine in it, that it burned both mine and my husband's eyes and throats. The only positive things about the stay, was the direct access to the beach, and the close proximity to anything we wanted to do outside of the hotel. Overall, I would never have paid so much for the awful experience we had at this hotel.

The hotel is on the water and the the kids loved the heated pool. Be prepared to pay for parking and to sign out towels, games, and to travel up and down the elevator for everything. The hotel was clean, the staff nice, the beds hard and the water temperature in the shower changes while taking a shower. The youngest was excited about the heated pool that's about it.

I would stay at this hotel again in a heart beat! The front counter staff was amazing, it was nicely located and you walked out of the hotel onto the beautiful sandy beach. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The only downside was there was no coffee maker in the room.

The hotel was great. The only problem I had was when housekeeping came in they did not get all the trash, but they found a way to get my box of pizza. They still have pizza in it and a full box of cheese sticks. I did not appreciate it because how you skip all my trash, but you made it to take a full box of pizza and cheese sticks so my recommendations to you if you have food do not leave it. I’ll put it in the refrigerator because I honestly feel like housekeeper ate my food. I told front desk and nothing was done about it but other than that, the hotel was pretty great pretty clean. The breakfast was top-tier and we had access to the beach.

The only complaint would be everything is at a fee to include coffee and breakfast. I have stayed at lower end hotels and they always had complimentary coffee along with a welcome pack with bottled water and a snack.

This place GETS IT! The staff were super hospitable. Everyone was smiling and helpful. Extremely accommodating. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the wait staff were amazing. Not to mention a great location on the beach and in proximity to local shops and restaurants. 10 out of 10!

We had a corner room that had a wonderful view. That will be gone after the neighboring hotel is completed. Great location. Nice beach. We didn't use the pool as it was filled with kids(spring break). My only issue was there was no coffee maker in the room.

The hotel itself has a weird layout; and there is major construction going on next door, so if you have an ocean view (not ocean front) be prepared for it to be loud daily until 5 PM. The night staff was great, but we were harassed on checkout day. I was given permission to check out at 12, but at 11:01, 11:03 and 11:05 our door was knocked on asking us to leave. We gave the same answer that we had permission. At 11:07, the front desk the called very hastily and demand we leave. I explained for the 4th time we were given permission to check out at 12. Will not return, we will stay in Pensacola Beach next time

Someone is building a condo within 25 feet of this motel. The work starts at 7 - 7:30 a.m. and ends at 5 p.m. each day. The noise and congestion is bad. This construction will be going on for the next two years. They are just now pouring the foundation. The motel will not volunteer this information , nor will they discount their rates if you complain.

No, in fact, our view was construction. VERY disappointing. They could not change us to a better view, even though it was requested. The staff was great, with the exception of the waiters in the dining area. We drink coffee for breakfast. We were told we could sit anywhere, and we selected our table before it was crowded. The waiter did not clear the table of the previous diners. It just sat, and they never came to care for us. I was disappointed to say the least. We did eat there on our last day, and the service was the same.

Construction going on next to hotel, balcony overlooked construction but also had a view of the water. Hotel lobby is on 4th level but parking available on ground level while checking in. Additional $10 fee to park per night. Breakfast, coffee not included but available to purchase. Room was very clean, quiet and spacious. A few restaurants walkable from hotel. Heated pool with view of beach with bar area. Great to have beach access. Nice stay!
