Asked to replace burning hair dryer - never happened. Sink drain clogged. Repair didn’t work. Outside environment made us unconfortable

it is an ok hotel for the one night... or two...they need to improve on the COVID measures of protection... such as the attendant has to use globes.,

What I like the most is the location relative where I have to conduct my business. What I absolutely hate is the evident disregard for QUIET specially in the early morning of a working day... first at 1 am... then at 3 am finally at 5 am... sounded like guest., but it did turn out be employees (at 5 am)... the security guard should do rounds on the floors in case guests are the ones being noisy

Excellent clean rooms, very quiet, very helpful staff, good place to get some sleep.

Great location for a reasonable price. The room was large and very clean and the restaurant in the hotel was convenient. I wish there was a discount for the restaurant or 50% off breakfast I would've been more likely to go instead of going to a starbucks 4 minutes away. Additionally the room smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking. Makes me wonder how strictly the rule is enforced or the vicinity to the smoking rooms.

During my repeated visits the overall quality seems to improve. Your staff are professional and thoughtful. Yes I do tell others and yes I will return. Full marks.

Liked the location. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant was also pleasant. The carpet in the room was clean but the carpet on all hallways, corridors and stairs on all 3 floors were full of stains and with a heavy smell. They really need to have that cleaned up.

Lots of crickety noises in the building, tough to sleep peacefully. Extremely clean room, overall satisfied

Room was clean, restaurant was really good. Definitely would stay there again
