The staff was very friendly and amazing. Everyone from the entrance of the hotel to the concierge desk, to the staff in all of the stores were extremely nice and helpful. Great hotel near a convenient location.

- The hotel is in good location - Good breakfast - Good WIFI - They refused to have my own tool box (I am an engineer with light tool box) and insist that I leave it at the reception which is very strange - It is very noisy when there is a party (which is almost everyday) I could not sleep as the sound was inside my room

Negative Experience with Security Staff

The place in general is good, but I did not feel comfortable. The security people treat people like criminals. They always ask about personal things and ask to see the contents of your bags, even when you leave. This situation was very disturbing to me. Before I stayed, I noticed many comments talked about the same problem, and I didn't believe them. But after staying, I understood their feelings. Next time, I will not stay in this hotel.

Smelly room

I was given a very smelly room. I complained about it but nothing was done. At the end they just said sorry. The kettle was dirty and had some food. I made cup of tea with the dirt in it. Only found out the next day.

This review will address wifi speeds, customer service, and overall satisfaction from my two week stay. The first week was in room 417 (single king bed room) and the second week was in room 104 (single king bed executive suite). The Positives of the hotel is the staff is friendly and helpful for the most part. The rooms are clean yet the furniture could use some updating. My first week in room 417 was overall wonderful. The wifi was super fast, I barley interacted with staff outside the check in process and the room cleaner but both those people were great. I will say the out of my two week stay, I only utilized the free breakfast buffet once. The options were decent, but I had a weird interaction with a male cook at the omelette station where I gave him my omelette order and the ingredients I wanted, I went and sat at my table for about 5 minutes, came back and he looked at me as if we were speaking for the first time and he was like "ah yes, ok I will start making your omelette now (even though there was nobody else having an omelette made). Bizzare. My major complaint is my experience in room 417 during my second week. The wifi connection was absolutely horrible. I had 3 devices, an android phone, an iPhone, and a tablet and the wifi would frequently stop working or become super slow on all of them. I informed the front desk the first night in the room and they told me the engineer would look into it. The second day same problem, the third day same problem. Now I have 4 d

Worth to stay

The staffs were kind, and the room was clean and spacious. The location isn't so nice for sightseeing, but accessible easily by taxi. Breakfast was good !

The room was clean, but my room which was two beds, was small, when I want to go to the toilet I need to squeeze my self. The toilet was ok, not perfect. Airconditioning was good, services in general good. Breakfast was high standard up 4* tier. Close to shops and live areas.
