The room was clean, breakfast was included. Parking area was nice. And the price was really good.

Second time staying with my family at this hotel, nice staff, cleanliness is good. Great location, mall is near, as well as Walmart, Sam's and other stores. Well recommended.

The Huveo Cartoons are awesome... Explendid the decorations on the wall in the entire hotel.

The room smelled like a pipe, the smell was terrible, I asked for it to be solved and they did not do anything so I asked for another room and I did not have any available. I had to sleep with that smell. La habitación olí a cañería, el olor era terrible, solicite que lo solucionaran y no hicieron nada así que pedí otra habitación y no tenia ninguna disponible. Tuve que dormir con ese olor porqueria.

I liked everything about the hotel. I had Googled hotels near Queretaro airport and the Ramada Encore came up. It isn’t near the airport in reality but that is not the hotel’s fault. The room was comfy and the whole hotel has a funky vibe. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel is in a nice part of town. The service was good. The buffet meal needs attention, the warm food was not warm enough and the cold, not cold enough.

The bellboy, an old guy, got money from me at the parking, then he collected money again from my wife at the room, what a ripoff, then we made a room order and they wanted to charge me for water, then they forgot some of the stuff I ordered and then they forgot again something else, ugly service, the room? small.. one of the smallest rooms I have ever stayed in, the tv was around 25 inches and there were around 30 mosquitos in my room, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else
