ホテルのプールで過ごす 外国人が多いので、リゾート感が溢れでてる！ レストランも、賑わっていて、雰囲気が良い。 部屋は、普通です。 カオサンロードの 一本裏通りなのがちょうどいい感じです。又、利用したいです。

3階までエレベーター無くて階段でした。 ３人部屋でクーラー効かなくて部屋の移動をお願いしたら、部屋移動したのはイイもののクーラーきくのが超遅い... 効いたと思ったら寒すぎるとこから調整出来ず。 シーツ交換されてたのはいいけど、シミ付きのシーツが１回。 上の部屋の足音も結構うるさいです。 もう泊まらないかなー。

冷房が途中で潰れかけて焦った

カオサンのエリアでは穴場的な宿です、此の頃カオサンよりランブトリの方が良いと思います、今回４泊しましたが、次回も是非泊まりたいですね。

We decided to take the upgraded room and booked the superior twin room. I was shocked to see how small the room was. We had to remove the bed lamp and push the beds next to each other as we couldn't walk in the room. The room was very basic with poor light. We discovered why the bed lamp was placed there, as there was no other light in the room. The tiles were old and chipped. When we arrived we noticed the room was never swept as there was hair all over the floor when we walked on our socks. When we asked for the room to be cleaned, they only made up the beds, never mind the bathroom and no sweeping again. Maybe the room is to small to sweep? The receptionist wasn't helpful at all, unless we booked our cabs and tours through the hotel. When we wanted to change the time of the cab pickup with the reception and we were told to come back as we waited over an half an hour for the lady to return. They said no one else could assist us. The good thing was they allowed us to store our luggage on the last day of check-out and we could go shop. Overall not what I expected of a 3.5 star hotel.

The staff was pleasent and helpful, and the price was right. There were tiny ants all over the room including in the bed. the floor was grungy. The fridge leaked. The noise every night from the street below was unbelievable and until very late.

There is no storage in the room. Shower is not good.
