到着が日が暮れてから到着しましたが、周辺にはあまり街灯もなく暗くて危ない雰囲気でした。女性一人では宿泊しないほうがいいでしょう。アメニティもないので全部自分で用意する必要があります。wifiは使えました。スクンビットエリアにこだわらないなら、同じくらいの金額ならばカオサン周辺のほうが良いかもしれません。タクシーで向かうなら近くのノボテルに行くほうがわかりやすいです。

アットホームな民泊感のあるホテル（アパートの雰囲気）でした。多分、オーナーが住まわれている住居兼、ホテルだと思います。デラックスダブルの33号室でしたが、この価格帯では他のホテルに比べて、かなり広い部屋だと思います。建物は古いですがリフォームされているので、清潔感もそれなりにありますし、掃除もよくされていました。冷蔵庫も大き目で使いやすい。シャワーは固定タイプだが湯量も適切。収納棚が多い。テレビは衛生放送付き、ただし日本語チャンネルはほぼ無し。欠点を挙げるとすれば、カードキーじゃないので鍵管理が面倒。金庫もカギ式で面倒。遮光カーテンでなくブラインドなので、朝になると光がかなり入ってくる。鶏の鳴き声で早朝に目が覚める。立地が中途半端で分かりにくい。アメニティはゼロ。（備えつけのシャンプー、リンスのみ。）シャワーの床がぬるぬるする。（おそらく、除菌が必要。）この価格帯ですので、それなりに欠点はありますが、総合的にはそれなりに満足出来るホテルでした。

Ive stayed here a few times and excellent value for money.

BB Boutique Mansion is excellent value. I stayed for 8 nights in July. The room was a good size with large comfortable bed. Bathroom area was OK, and there was a kettle and microwave. The latter could have been very useful, although I didn't use it on this occasion, and is not standard in simlarly priced hotels. The only negative was the wifi, which was pretty poor much of the time. Improve that, and there would be nothing to complain about. No food available on the premises but then, when in Bangkok, I never see breakfast anyway, and for later in the day there are several nearby restaurants – Thai, Indian, Swedish, Tacos, European. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk into Soi 18 or Soi 20 – it's off a connecting soi and tough to find on a first visit, but worth the effort.

Great find by accident. Rooms are big, modern and clean. Room comes with a microwave which is so useful for midnight frozen meals from the minimart next door. Comes with a little balcony. Quite a bit down from the main Sukhumvit street- about a ten minute walk to the SkyTrain or Terminal 21 mall. Being away makes it nice and quiet though. Lots of restaurants, shops and cafes very close by. Friendly helpful staff. I've stayed in dozens of budget hotels in Bangkok and haven't found anything better than this. Will definitely stay again when I'm in Bangkok.
