the hotel is nice however the linens are in need of attention my back itched all night

The staff was exceptionally friendly and inviting. They were expecting us and make check in a breeze. The only down falls were the WiFi in the room was t good it kept dropping and when we ordered breakfast it was cold and they forgot certain things that go with our order. But other than that the hotel was amazing.

We stayed at this hotel on the recommendation of our Doctor as the hospital is directly across from the hotel. He said they were supposed to be accommodating to hospital clientele. After my daughter’s surgery she was supposed to keep ice on her face and sleep in an elevated position. I asked the bellman for ice and he said there was none. I then asked for an ice bucket and he said they had none. I then asked the person at the front desk for an extra pillow and blanket. He said he would send it up. An hour later with no pillow or blanket I called and he said the hotel had none. Not very accommodating for sure. The restaurant is pretty good but room service was not so great. We used it twice and each time we did not get what we ordered. Also no napkins either time. The service at the restaurant itself was always excellent. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool was nice and clean. Handy location for the hospital. Do not go there expecting an accommodating reception and you will be fine

We traveled for medical reasons and this hotel was perfect! Easy to get to, very conveniently located across from the hospital. Service was great. One small inconvenience was the internet connection inside the room. This was unstable. But if you stepped outside, the connection was better. In any event, our stay was short but this hotel made it absolutely convenient and we had more time to enjoy a little bit of the nearby scenery.

I love the location. It is directly infront of my hospital and a mall. Also tje rooms are wheelchair and disabled equipped.

Very good overall, need a bathroom update and improve internet service

Very clean place but the WiFi was terrible and I know we are in Mexico but would have enjoyed some English speaking channels on the TV

The staff was fantastic and very helpful. From the servers and bartenders to the front doormen I had a great experience. The restaurant was very good as well.

Friendly staff, adorable playground for the little ones to play
