ホテル フォルティン プラザ (オアハカ)

I chose the hotel mainly for the pool and parking, The front desk were not welcoming or helpful The pool was exactly like the picture, but right next to a very busy and loud main road , the alleged pool bar was never open. There was no other bar - The restaurant served drinks The bed was hard and uncomfortable Only saving grace is that the waiters are very friendly and the porters are friendly and helpful. Not somewhere I would recommend or go to again, I have moved hotels and am staying at the hotel mission Los Angeles , what a difference Friendly and welcoming staff , beautiful mature grounds surround by a lovely pool with a bar and food service, so glad I moved

Hotel is in a good location, but too many functions going on as too graduations, in the main room. Service is ok, but could use some improvement.

the stay was okay, I had my boyfriend in a wheelchair, I can say it was not wheelchair accessible the room-after two days finally they give us a chair for the shower. ramps are not accessible we have to asked all the time for help. people was always nice-no problem. room attendants nice -I can say they just need to put more attention on the rooms -I left a bag for laundry and it never was taking off - I have to asked the front desk for help. it is a nice hotel-just need a little attention in the bathrooms to be more accessible to wheelchairs. wonderful people restaurant people super - thank you for be so nice -

Clean and decent but showing its age. Bed far too soft due to the mattress age possibly. About 20 min away walk from the center.
