I wish I could have stayed longer! This was our second stay here and the views, beach and restaurant are fabulous.

Amazing stay. Stay at desk and restaurant very friendly and accommodating! Restaurant right on water beautiful and popular. Even with people who don’t stay at hotel. Lobster dinner was the best. Huge lobster for very reasonable.

The servers were all amazingly friendly! Nice vibe!

I loved the location the room the garden and the beach

Loved the 2 storey style and colours of the hotel and the location. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Location with restaurant right on beach is perfect and the beach itself looks clean and inviting. Lush plants and leaves everywhere. If, like us, you’d rather not stay in a tall, ultra modern, sterile looking conglomeration - this is the place for you. Fabulous.

Loved their small retreat vibe! Did not feel like we were in some huge resort who did not care and were impersonal. They had that homey feel!

Loved the location, steps away from Grace Bay Beach. Balcony facing ocean was great.

I was unable to get my passport out of the safe due its malfunctioning and missed my flight. Despite me contacting the security person on duty, management was nowhere to be reached to open the safe prior to my morning flight which I missed. Also, the front desk lady booked my taxi pickup for a wrong time (fixed after I notified her) and there was no hot water in the shower when I first checked in. The balcony door locking mechanism was also broken and the hotel management instructed me to use a piece of wood to block the door instead. Overall, disappointing experience.

I got bed bugs from room 105

I have travelled from New York to Turks and Caicos probably thirty times, staying mostly at Beaches and Sibonné pleasantly surprised me given its price and location near Beaches. My room was clean, the walls were thick (I was on the second floor and there were rooms to both sides of me), and the restaurant was excellent. Plenty of beach chairs. Could use more water bottles but so what. Plenty of water out front on the beach steps from your room! There aren’t lots of amenities, no snack or soda machines, no gift shop, but if you simply want a clean place to get yourself on rye beach, Sibonné is it. Plenty of boat activities hundreds of feet away.
