The newly renovated room was nice, had everything we needed and provided a peaceful experience. The included breakfast (bagged during Covid time) was convenient but basic, easily supplemented by something from nearby food spots. The carpet could have used a steam cleaning, but daily maintenance was tops. Location and price made Adam an excellent choice for our stay in the National Capital Region.

It is a very clean hotel. One of our beds was uncomfortable the other one was much better. The breakfast is more like a snack don't expect eggs, it was okay for the room value. The pool is clean and nice. We had clean towels every day. In the area for the price range I think it is one of the best places to stay.

Motel Adam is a comfortable place to stay. The staff are pleasant and personable. Close to Ottawa and stayed here twice for that reason and it was lovely both times. Haven't had a chance to check out the outdoor pool.🙁 Maybe next time. 🙂 Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this motel.

Excellent motel while visiting our daughter for the weekend.

I enjoyed the refreshing swim, clean room and writing retreat, with many nice greetings/waves from other friendly visitors sitting out including cyclists or hikers who were visiting the park. I also liked the Japanese tapas bar near by. One thing that could be improved are the working conditions of the room cleaners, with very tight corners or small sidewalks for pushing the carts. The job looked harder on the body than it would be with more ramps, wider sidewalks or paths to navigate.

At check in we were surprised by a 200 dollar deposit. We were not informed sbout this at booking. That's a big deal! The check in person pointed us in the wrong direction to go to the room. In the room we found a pack of soft cheese in the fridge and a meal bar wrapper under a bed. The pool was ok, but a bit cold and the staff were cleaning, vacuuming, heaping in chemicals and maintaining it while guests were swimming! That's the kind of thing you typically do when it is closed. The cleaning lady was pushy and tried to clean our room 1,5 hrs before checkout. The AC was incredibly noisy. We will not return.

Great location that is close to national parks and Ottawa. Rooms are in good condition.

Nice friendly place to stay. Staff was pleasant, property was easy to find, clean, close to restaurants and other attractions.
