I was told the room was recently remodeled. There was a wire hanging where the bathroom fan had not arrived. The room had no chair for the desk. There was not a trash can in the room or the bathroom. I had to call the property day 3 of discharge for my deposit and was told it takes 3-5 business days. I called on business day 6 of discharge and had to speak with someone and was told that he would fix my problem and credit the deposit refund to my bank card.

Not quite finished newly renovation YET
Was told that we were staying in a newly renovated room. It was actually still in the process of being renovated. There was a dirty commode cover, sink with paint droppings, No Chair(s) at all. Just a table. Electrical plugs covers were non existent. Plus after paying for the room in advance they made us pay a $50.00 deposit on the room. I will NOT be staying there again.

Stay somewhere else until renovation is completed
Horrible skunk smell in upstairs hall for inside walking to rooms. Once inside room it was ok you couldn’t smell it. Pool is green do not swim in it! Hotel is under renovation and Wyndham should have not put their name on it yet! Lack of towels! Person to clean rooms did not show up the second day!

Found bugs, in the mini fridge, and in the bed. Atleast they were dead, also our room had a bag over the smoke detector. No telling how long it had been there.

reserved 2 Queen bedroom but get a king bedroom, that room was in very bad condition. bathroom was not clean and the bathroom door was broken. It can be split into three pieces if we closed the door completely and open. we only can close the door half way.

Lost trust in Wyndham
The first room I got, the lights didn't work, the floor was warped (badly) and the room stunk of heavy cigarette smoke. I asked for another room...it was not as smoky and since I'd been traveling for 24 hours and it was 2:30am, I took it. There was a cigarette burn in the sheets, the bedspread was stained, and I slept sideways on the bed with towels under me in fear of bedbugs. There was no "closet" to speak of and the room still smelled of cigarette smoke so that when I woke up, I had a terrible headache and second hand smoke in my lungs. I have doctor's orders not to inhale any smoke of any kind. In fairness, I was told the rooms were supposed to have been renovated, but they weren't ready. I'm sorry, but I don't think you should promise customers one thing and then no make good on it. the pictures and description listed were not even close to being representative of the rooms being rented out. I don't like being taken advantage of and I have lost trust in the Wyndham name.
