This hotel was a great, economical option. It's very simplistic, nothing fancy, but very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

The place is in a tricky location, close to the malecon but it's sort of like a bad area and a bit dangerous to walk outside. The rooms are good but the sheets and towel were too clean to my opinion. The hotel is really more focused towards business travel.

Great location with free parking and nice view from rooftop patio. Friendly staff. My only issue was room 702 was very noisy. Not sure if it was the HVAC system. Would stay again but request a different room.

Nice hotel but no hot water in shower made for a very cold morning!

Great location, great breakfast. A go to! Short walk downhill to the Malecon.

The property was clean, well managed and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is about 5 blocks from the Malecon and is quiet. There are several good restaurants close by, as well as local markets and shops.

We booked 2 nights. The bed was so small and awful that we left before our prepaid second nite. We would not sleep in it again and the desk said “no other rm availble”. We just walked away from the money. Also sooo noisy. Echo from the hall and elevator till very late.

The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is also situated close to downtown and only a 10min walk to the Malecon. Parking was good and access to the hotel was easy. The only issue we had was that the double beds are too small for two people to sleep comfortably. We had a family of 3 in one room and it didn’t work. The rooms are designed for 2 people.
