Nice staff, clean room and quiet

Everything was great until some very rude guests in the room above us decided they should have a clogging contest or wrestling match when we wanted to sleep.

The hotel is pretty decent, but there were people sitting outside drinking and laughing until the wee hours, which was disturbing. The beds were on a platform which was very high and the mattresses slid around on the platforms so it was strange. Rooms were small. Overall it was ok for a budget hotel.

Rooms were nice and clean and comfortable, and had a great view of the mountains.

Need a deep clean for the room to stay just in case. I guess it is because of the Covid19, every hotel or lodging may need to be handled the same way!

Amazingly cozy room! Comfortable beds and pillows, nice bathroom. SPARKLING clean, staff were friendly. Our room had a mountain view. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

The bed fitting sheet was not changed as it had a big winkled yellow stains on the head side and dotted black stains on the middle side of the bed. Got a new bed fitting sheet from the reception and put it myself. Sent the stain photos to the hotel as requested but no response. Surprising to see NO conscious cleaning of COVID19. Used the half container of our own Lysol wipes that came out a complete black. The sink in the toilet is so tiny just enough for only for a soap and a cup.

This time the experience was not the best like last time. The sink wasnt draining fast, washroom door wasnt locking, i guess the room needed a little attention. Overall i enjoy my stay at this location

Well lite and bright parking lot in the night. Nice and new furnished bathroom. Sink counter is a bit small for two. Floor is clean (not sure if it’s wood or vinyl). Mattress does slide if you don’t sit on it carefully since no frame holding it in place. The bed sheets and covers on the beds all have more wrinkles on the sides that are close to the shared night table, I am suspected if the bed sheets and cover were actually cleaned after the previous guests. There are some cut-in-half shower towels with roughly cutting edges folded and piled on the towel shelf just doesn’t look neat for an inn. And some of the towel has stains and spots on them. Room is a bit cold. During our one night staying, we heard people were talking really loudly outside during the late night (or maybe that was super early in the morning).

This is a motel so don’t expect hotel luxuries. However, our room very comfortable and extremely clean. The bed & bedding are definitely superior to most motels. The mini-fridge in the room was also better than most since it had a separate freezer compartment instead of just a freezer shelf. Wifi signal was great. All in all, I would definitely stay here again and it will likely be our hotel/motel of choice whenever we go through town.
