I am writing regarding an incident that occurred at your Azul Negril location. I was traveling alone and thought it best to contact after I returned home. I was on the beach when a server asked if I needed anything. I requested some water and a bucket of ice. I continued to sunbathe with my head down. I could feel that that there was someone there and lifted my head only to fine 2 of your employees (one on each side of me attempting to take a photo (without my permission) of. my backside. This is completely inappropriate especially by a member of your management team. Again, as a woman traveling alone I decided to address the issue from the safety of my home.

Very good service, pretty grounds, good entertainment, the only issue was the food. We celebrated out anniveraary and they made me a special dinner that was delicious. But overall, the food could have been better

Love layout and elegance of resort , surrounded by natural beauty of 7 mile Beach that feels like a island off a island. Most of all the staff all departments, especially Front desk, all restaurants and Entertainment staff!

Azul was soooo amazingly fun! The staff seriously made our trip the best! Dwight was so great always checking on us to see if we needed anything. Anna Kay was so fun to hangout with and do activities with. Shasanna was an absolute blast to hangout and dance with. TJ Mace was always playing the best music! The food at all the restaurants was amazing! We seriously had the best time ever! The rooms are great the beach is beautiful. Definitely recommend Azul!

Azul Beach Resort Negril is such a beautiful resort! The staff is very helpful and professional, the resort is maintained very well and the beach is AMAZING! The staff at Azul Beach Resort Negril went out of their way to make my vacation a success even in the midst of COVID-19.

Azul resort was great! I have not one complaint. The resort, activites, food, rooms eveything was top notch. And let me not forget about the staff. They go above and beyond to ensure your vacation is perfect; always friendly, helpful and courteous. I will definitely be staying here whenever I go to Negril.

Beautiful location and beach, rooms need updated, some workers don’t even acknowledge you at the bar if you want a drink-like they could care less... food good try the specialty restaurants

Check-in was a bummer. Got to our room and it was not what we expected, being that we paid extra for the premium ocean view. Our room was nothing close to an ocean view. After addressing my concerns, they said they would switch our room the day after- and they did, but it was still inconvenient being that we couldn’t unpack our things and settle in until the day after. The food was mediocre. For a resort that claims to be gourmet, I was not very impressed. There were 2 buffet options that didn’t require reservations and 3 restaurants that required dinner reservations. We tried the Asian and Italian restaurants and they were awful. Ended up not even making reservations for the third. The food at the buffet was better so we ended up doing that or dining off the resort for dinner. Breakfast was usually good and beach bbq was the best. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Akiem and Chayanne for being our go-to! Our housekeeper, Tina was also great. Overall, this would be a solid experience without the room mixup in the beginning. I hope management takes this into consideration for future guests.
