I understand a hotel can have a no refund policy, to protect against meaningless cancellations but how about when a persons transportation falls through - that the hotel tries to be helpful.
I ended up travelling for 10 hours because i was going to lose my money. No hope to reschedule. So i travel 15 hours to come in the dark and leave again the next morning.
So i delay my departure, putting an important appointment at risk and try to enjoy a day at Baldi Hot Springs. Instead, i wait, and wait, and wait for the payment i made through the hotel to go through.
Ive been sitting frustrated for over an hour for this payment. I told them to get in a car and come here if they need to. This is ridiculous.
The breakfast was excellent. The trails are beautiful. The room is wonderful.
The customer experience is sorely lacking
