The Hotel is set in magnificent gardens with a great diversity of trees, shrubs and plants including some enormous Baobab trees. The women who clean the rooms do a fantastic job. Our room was cleaned immaculately each day. All the facilities described in the website are there and work well. My main problem is that they allow smoking in the bar area despite notices all around saying its not permitted. Once I went to the bar and asked if its ok to smoke there - they said "sure its ok. Why not?" I wonder why they bothered putting up the signs? So if you don't want to have to breathe in the smoke of others go elsewhere for that evening libation. There's a good place just north of the hotel.

I spend one night with my family. Overall it was a good stay. The location, the design and the environment. The staff and animators are friendly. I was not satisfied only when my daughter was prevented from swimming in the pool with her Muslim swimsuit. Although the food for lunch and dinner was quite acceptable and diverse to some extent, the breakfast was not and can be improved.

The all inclusive hotel is good value for money. Internet is not perfect but acceptabke. The food is wuite good. The pool is fine. The bar is nice with many options.

The rooms are horrible, lucky of routine maintenance; the a/c was licking. The only good thing about that facility is the restaurant

Junior suite was a very big two story duplex unit. With all inclusive rates and right next to the ocean on the beach and very polite staff, this is a great bargain at ~60 USD per night.

It was by far one of the best all inclusive stays I’ve ever had, and this is coming from someone who has stayed at multiple all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean; particularly in Jamaica (which is known as having the best hospitality). The service was amazing, the food was excellent, there were plenty of activities to do in and around the reason.

The staff at Royal Saly is sensational. Everyone is extremely personable and responsive. Even though two of our guests could only speak english and most of the staff spoke little to no english, we were able to connect with the staff and feel like part of the family. The hotel is an excellent value for the price. Cannot rate this hotel highly enough
