Amazing Resort

Fantastic stay, very clean and the service was excellent. Food was decent, what you would expect for an all-inclusive. Same with drinks, they can be watered down but if you just ask for extra they will do it. Resort is isolated from other areas and is huge, felt safe with COVID as we were able to keep our distance from other people. The workers did an amazing job sanitizing items and they had their masks on at all time.

Extraordinary service at amazing resort

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Secrets Resort and Spa very much because of the warmth welcoming staff, excellent services, great food and amazing place. We will come back in the future to stay with this resort and its affiliated resorts at various locations.

The staff at this resort were fantastic. The health measures in place far exceeded anything I've seen in the US or Canada. The restaurants were excellent as usual, Eleonet, Delores Robledo and Karen at The Seaside Grill were excellent and pleasant. Elias at Oceana took excellent care of us for two evenings as did Salvatore at Portofino. Lastly, Rebecca in entertainment, a new employee, was enthusiastic and friendly. AM Resorts knocked it out of the park as usual, but to do so during such challenging conditions was impressive to see. If you're travelling to a resort area in Mexico during reduced travel where the economy depends on tourism I have one piece of advice: Get off your wallet and tip like it's a competition.

Beautiful place to stay. Only negative is food and food service was very subpar. Might of been understaffed due to pandemic. Wait times for food were long and almost all dinners required a reservation unless you wanted to eat at 10pm.

I went for my 21st anniversary and it was amazing. The only downside was everything that you do becomes a time share offer. But, then that the hotel provided great entertainment, food and safety. I would absolutely recommend it

My Wife and I decide to pick Secrets for our Honey Moon destination and could not have been happier with our decision. Special Kudos to Mauricio(UVC Manager), Cesar (Pool Concierge), Maria Jose(UVC Supervisor), and Jose (Bell Hop/Captain). The entire team was fantastic, but these select few made it memorable for us. I highly recommend staying at this resort as there are activities every night. From circus acts to Flamenco Dancers to a full on Mexican Show with Buffet. We will definitely. be back to San Jose Del Cabo and hope to stay at one of the 3 resorts this chain has in Los Cabos. 10 out of 10!!!!!!!
