The swimming pool had broken tiles which hurt us & tear our clothes. Not enough man power & insufficient staff in the kitchen . Food supply was delayed & we almost didnt get any breakfast inspite of choosing the with breakfast package. The intercom didnt work & we had to run to the reception everytime to get anything. They didnt have any card machine & was insisting on cash payment . We cut our trip short & left the place as early as we could . It requires serious renovation & more staff.
