We had a great stay

B and B in historical house. Very nicely furnished and nice expanded continental breakfast, but it needs a bit more variety for those with a longer stay. Very friendly staff with knowledge of the area, events, restaurants (where the locals go). We mostly just ate breakfast and slept there, but they had lots of other stay on site things to do.

This was a great find! The manager Abby was so friendly and helpful. She even took me on a hike around the lake in the morning before she started work. Breakfast was great with a lot of healthy choices. Location was great and was walking distance from everything. Will definitely stay there again when I am in C'oeur D'Alene.

We stayed in room #5 on the 3rd floor. If you do not mind stairs go for it. Rather hard carrying your luggage up 3 floors. I would have to say they have a captive demand during the summer months as rates should be a little lower. My next visit I will stay in a near by hotel for the same rate I paid. But Coeur D Alene is a nice town and the people are friendly, good food also!

The Blackwell Hotel was delightful! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast had many options. Not just muffins and juice. Very, very comfy bed. One small issue. We were on the top floor, two flights of stairs with our luggage. A bit exhausting if you have lots of luggage. Also our private bathroom (which we appreciate) was tub only, no shower. Next time we stay we will request lower floor room. Definitely plan on returning! Awesome hotel!
