フライトがキャンセルになり、シカゴから出ることができなかったので、前日に泊まったこのホテルを迷わず戻りました。 素晴らしいです。

立地、サービス、部屋の清潔度などなど、とにかく久し振りに文句のつけようのないホテルに泊まりました。満足度は相当高いです。シカゴに次に来る時も必ずこちらに宿泊します。

The room was very small and stuffed with furniture. You barely can get around the bed without catching the corner of the bed. I was not so successful and got couple of bruises. There is also a big ball/light right over the bed. So, when you are getting up, you catching this ball with your head. Too many hazards for this price. Restaurants are also closed due to COVID, but on the website is stated like restaurants are open. False advertising. We were disappointed.

Great service, was not happy with parking location

Great service. Great stay. Room was exceptionally clean. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. One of the best hotels ever.

My card was over charged. Rooms smelled like old wood. Shower had little black curly hairs on the walls. Toilet was dirty. Pillows were so hard. Nothing good to say.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Requested a coffee maker for the room and it was brought up immediately. Several items in the room were not quite clean - wine glasses and bedside table surfaces both had spots and felt a tad dirty. Other than that, was a great stay.

It was a lovely location, and the staff were more than helpful. The regulations with COVID didn’t make my stay any less enjoyable, and I appreciated the service I received while there. Any problems were addressed promptly by Bobby himself! I would definitely recommend to friends.

Stayed here with our pup and it was great! I felt it could have been cleaned a bit better as the nightstand had cup stains, but none the less they were very attentive to service. Recommend this hotel
